Transparent solvent-based glass and PU activator for primer-free gluing of vehicle windscreens. PT 750 PLUS is a cleaner, transparent primer and activator combined in one product. PT 750 PLUS is applied on the remaining beading to activate the old polyurethane. PT 750 PLUS is also used for cleaning and improving adhesion with all surfaces such as glass silk print, paintwork and remaining beading.

PT 77 PrimeEX Cleaner is used to gently remove unwanted primer or PU residues from various surfaces, such as vehicle paint, si de panels and dashboards.

1 x wooden scraper, 10 pcs.,

1 x fleece pad, 50 pcs.

Note: PT 77 PrimeEX is compatible with all customary adhesives and primers, e. g. SIKA, Carlofon, Dow etc.

ATTENTION - DANGEROUS GOODS

PT 800 PLUS is a liquid pre-treatment cleaner which ideally removes impurities as well as silicone residues from windscreens and vehicle mouldings. It can also be used for cleaning tools and surfaces. As PT 800 PLUS does not contain any chlorinated hydrocarbons and it only requires a short flash-off period, it does not affect the paint. Moreover, it does not block the curing of adhesives and sealants.

For a permanent and fast adhesion between metal and glass components.

Components: 1 x adhesive 30 g

1 x activator 30 ml

Note: To accelerate the bonding process during winter (very cold periods), we recommend to heat up the parts to be glued. Take care to ensure that the parts to be glued are dry and free of grease and dirt.

PT SAFE PLUS HM/LC is a high modulus 1-component polyurethane sealant for bonding vehicle windscreens. It cures very quickly in ambient temperatures by reaction with air humidity.

PT SAFE PLUS HM/LC has the following product and processing characteristics:

fast-curing - can be processed cold (processing temperature 5 °C to 50 °C

safe drive-away time of 30 minutes (temperature-independent between -10 °C and 35 °C) according to US Standard FMVSS 212/208

skin-forming time approx. 10 minutes

open time approx. 8 minutes

Drive away time without/with passenger air bag (minutes): 30/30

Put a drop of pit filler resin on a mylar square and place the mylar over the point of impact. Alternatively put a drop of pit filler resin directly on the point of impact and cover it with a piece of mylar. For curing use a UV lamp with a power output of 4 W to10 W. After curing the surface of the pit filler resin can be finished with a razor blade and/or a polish to achieve best results. NOTE: The product should not get in contact with any rubber or plastic parts, nor painted surfaces of the vehicle. In case of contact rinse immediately with plenty of water or glass cleaner.

This is an extremely hard curing resin, creating a powerful bond to the glass surface. It is also easy to scrape off and then polish to perfection with our non-abrasive pit polish.

This grinding material is used for polishing the hardened UV resin surface. The polishing of the repaired stone chip improves glass transparency leaving a smooth surface.
