The PT 310 PLUS activator is used as a fluid bonding agent in sensor adhesion. After the old sensor has been fitted with the new acrylic pad, the activator is sprayed onto the pad and the sensor area of the windscreen that is free of all screen-printing. Now the optical unit is moved on the windscreen until there are no longer any air bubbles between the unit and the windscreen.

1. Clean and degrease the repair area thoroughly. Remove all dust, grease, and loose particles.
2. Apply a small amount of resin directly into the chip using the bottle tip or a fine applicator.
3. Allow the resin to self-level and fill the void completely. Overfill slightly to account for shrinkage.
4. Cure as directed (UV exposure or ambient, depending on resin type).
5. Once fully cured, sand flush with fine-grit abrasive paper, then polish to restore surface sheen.
